ReviewResponder is provided to help businesses draft and manage customer review replies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity. We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused.

Billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. Plan features and usage limits are tied to the active subscription on your account.

No warranty

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated text will be error-free or suitable for every business situation.
